Wages and Benefits Report
Approximately every three years, the local region completes a wage and benefit survey about the local business environment to assist existing employers in their evaluation of current compensation programs against the market.
The survey is conducted by the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership in partnership with the Whitley EDC team. Data analysis and reports are prepared by an independent consultant, and participant information is confidential.
